The Swagman Titan 4 hitch-mounted, hanging bike rack carries four bikes and has many easy to use features all at a reasonable price. 

• Fits both 1.25” and 2” hitch receivers
• Arms fold down for more compactness on and off the vehicle
• Rack tilts backwards for easy rear of vehicle access (when bikes are removed)
