Thule 957604/7604 AeroBlade Edge XL Flush Mount (1 Bar)*

The Thule 7604 AeroBlade Edge is an all-in-one roof rack crossbar system designed for vehicles with factory installed flush side rails or fixed points. It includes a strong, low-profile aluminum bar that is rust-free and aerodynamic.

Specifications:

Fits: Vehicles with either factory installed flush side rails or fixed points. A flush side rail runs front to back on the roof, is raised above the roof but has no space under the rail. A fixed point is a set of four screw receptacles built into the roof, they are usually covered over with a trap door and are typically located above each passenger door.
Requires: A 3000 or 4000 series Thule Fit Kit specific to each vehicle model, model and year (see notes below).
Includes: 1 bar (2^nd bar required to complete the rack system)
Load limit: 75 kg (165 lbs) per pair of bars (see Fit Kit instructions for any vehicle specific limitations)

This rack is now discontinued by Thule and has been replaced by the WingBar Edge series.
Thule no longer shows this rack in their vehicle fitting guide but if the WingBar Edge Flush Rail or Fixpoint fits your vehicle, most likely the AeroBlade Edge Flush Rail/Fixed Point will fit as well.
This rack requires the addition of a 3000 series (fixed point) or 4000 series (flush rail) Fit Kit. These Fit Kits were discontinued approximately 2022 and may no longer be available. Please contact us with your vehicle make, model and year so that we can determine what Fit Kit is required and if it is available.
If available, the required parts are less expensive that the newer versions, offering significant savings.
The Fit Guide below allows you to determine the bar size required for your vehicle.
Note that the flush side rails and fixed points on your vehicle get closer together the further back they are on the roof. Therefore, the back bar may be a smaller size than the front bar.
To determine the bar size required, determine where you want your crossbars and then measure the distance (Y) between the centers of both rails or fixed points. Note that the mounting point for fixed points is fixed, this may also be true for some flush rails.
There is overlap for measurement Y for the four sizes so determine what works best for your vehicle.
Most accessories (luggage boxes etc) require front-to-back, center-of-bar spacing of 24” to 36”. Check your accessory to determine what spacing works best for you. Don’t forget to factor in sunroof and rear hatch clearances.
This is a low-profile rack offering a sleek design and low height for underground parking accessibility. Because of this, you may not be able to open your sunroof when the rack and accessories are installed, please check your clearances carefully before attempting to open your sunroof.
